A two-person consultancy
Particle started doing fixed-scope web and automation builds for small businesses tired of open-ended agency invoices.
Consulting became its own line
Clients kept asking for a second opinion before committing to a build — assessments and fractional CTO work became a standing offer, not a favor.
Engineering team expanded
As project complexity grew, we brought on senior engineers to handle larger builds, cloud migrations, and mobile apps.
Automation became a capability
We started building internal workflow tools — and then packaged that expertise as a service for clients drowning in manual processes.
